• Here on Parts4cells we care so much about our customers that we provide a lifetime warranty on all our products including all internal components and LCD’s. We care about our customers business and want to make sure everyone knows we stand behind our products and service. Our return policy reflects our simple, straightforward, no-strings approach so you can rest assure and have a piece of mind when you do business with us.

• We have updated our software as well as our Quality Control to make sure when you make a purchase with us you get exactly what you ordered in full working order.


• We want to make things as simple and as painless as possible that we added an easy return button on the bottom left of our site that you can click, answer a few questions and we will email you a return label. (We pay for the return label)

• In the event of any of our products arrive damaged during shipping, the items will go thru our QC inspection team to determine the cause and outcome. Passing of inspection will result in exchange or in store credit for your new purchase.

• If any of the products you received are Non-Functional, please contact us right away (RMA DEPT or your Sales Rep) and inform us of the issue. Please provide pictures or video of the products and the packing it came in, so we can address it and you will qualify for an exchange or store credit.

• All customers will have 48 hours (2 Business days) after receiving product (based on carrier’s delivery date) to report any shipping related damage. Please beware there will be no exceptions to this rule.

• We request that all damaged items must be photographed and emailed to our RMA Team at . If there’s any damage to the delivery box (holes or crushed) We recommend for you to inform us immediately, so we can be aware of the situation.

• The damaged products must be sent back to Parts4cells. Once the items are received our RMA Team will inspect all damages found and determined if it was shipping related, if they are, customers will be reimbursed the purchased price, or a store credit will be emailed to you.

* All items returned to us for warranty will be eligible for full store credit.
* Refund Price is determined by the current selling price.

PLEASE NOTE: It is highly recommended that a qualified technician tests the screens before removing the Seal covering adhesive. For Samsung screens, if the seal has been peeled on the screen (meaning it was installed and then removed), the LCD must power on cannot have a ripped flex due to improper installation.
• Parts without our company stamps are not covered by the Return policy

• RMA process generally takes around 1-3 Business days after we receive the items at our facility. A complete RMA report will be emailed to you after it has been processed.

• In the event you received an item in Error, please contact us immediately so we can correct this issue right away.


• Parts being returned must be purchased from Parts4Cells, any parts received that are not P4C merchandise will be recycled in seven (7) days’ time and customer notified. We will be more than glad to send it back with your Next Shipment or You may pay to have it sent back to you.

Returns that will not be accepted
• Damaged product due to improper installation.
• Black Spot: If the LCD has a black spot (mostly in the edge series), it will be considered broken due to pressure added to the screen and not factory defect.
• Tape/Back light Issues: If tape is removed while installation and the backlight is damaged.
• Any ripped Flex cables
• If the frame Color is chipped while removing.
• If the LCD is installed and has heavy scratches.
• If LCD is broken while removing from board and LCD does not work.
• RMA will reject any screen that has no power and shows signs of damage (Heavy Scratches or Broken).
